These terms apply to your use of Nuralis. By using the app you agree to them. Nuralis's standard end-user license terms are Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which these terms supplement.
The app
Nuralis provides guided breathing, an interactive fluid visualization, an endless procedural cosmos, and layered ambient sound, for relaxation purposes. Nuralis is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and makes no claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a medical or mental health concern, consult a qualified professional.
Subscriptions
Nuralis Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered in monthly and annual terms.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you agreed to.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions, or via the "Manage subscription" link inside Nuralis's Profile screen.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's own policies — Nuralis cannot issue refunds directly.
Your content
Any custom names, saved mixes, or profile details you enter stay stored locally on your device. You're responsible for their content; Nuralis never sees them.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app outside of the App Store, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
No warranty
Nuralis is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
