Privacy Policy

Nuralis collects no personal data. Planetbind never receives your practice data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no advertising SDK. Everything the app needs to function works with no network connection at all — the only optional network activity is the anonymous usage analytics described below, which is off unless you turn it on.

What stays on your device

Everything Nuralis stores — your practice history, streaks, preferences, saved sound mixes, and reminder time — is saved on your device using Apple's on-device storage frameworks (SwiftData and UserDefaults). Nuralis has no server of its own and no account to sign in to.

iCloud sync of your practice history

If you're signed in to iCloud, your practice history (the sessions you complete) is kept in sync across your own devices using Apple's iCloud (CloudKit), in your private iCloud database. That data is stored by Apple under your Apple ID and protected by your iCloud account — it is never shared with other people, and Planetbind cannot see or access it. If you're not signed in to iCloud, or you turn off iCloud for Nuralis in Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ iCloud, your history stays only on that device.

Notifications

If you turn on the optional daily reminder, it is scheduled entirely on your device through Apple's local notification system. Nuralis never sees or stores where you are or when your phone is unlocked to decide when to notify you.

Anonymous usage analytics (opt-in, off by default)

Nuralis includes an optional analytics toggle, off unless you turn it on yourself in Settings ▸ Privacy. If you turn it on, the app sends a randomly generated id — not your Apple ID, not a device identifier, and not anything that can be tied back to you — along with which of the four practices you used and whether a session finished. This is sent using a first-party client built directly into the app (no third-party analytics SDK is bundled), to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, purely to host the aggregated numbers. Nuralis never sends quote text, anything you typed, or any other content. Turning the toggle off deletes that id immediately, and turning it back on later starts a fresh one — nothing links the two.

Subscriptions

Nuralis Premium is an auto-renewable subscription processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Nuralis never receives your payment details — Apple handles billing, and your subscription entitlement is verified on-device. No account with Nuralis is created or required to subscribe.

Children's privacy

Nuralis does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. The one optional data flow described above (usage analytics) is off by default and must be deliberately turned on in Settings.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds an optional cloud sync feature — this page will be updated first, and any new data collection will be clearly disclosed and, where required, opt-in.
